Inviting Carvey to cheer up the whole white house staff after losing the 1992 election, what a classy man. Rest in peace, president Bush 41.

This speaks volumes about George H.W. Bush, but also about Dana Carvey. Carvey was someone who really tried to make us all laugh. That's not easy to do. Both are very good men.

Carvey''s impression of George H. W. Bush was truly funny -- and no one laughed more than his friend, George H.W. Bush. Mr. Carvey, you have class. Mr. President, may you rest in peace.

One of the funniest things I've ever seen was George Bush doing an impression of Dana Carvey's impression of George Bush.

So touching! Today's services and eulogies truly pointed out how leaders can be kind, gracious, and human at heart - and you, Mr. President, exemplified this. Rest in peace, Sir.

It was a different, less hateful time. Dana's impression of Pres. Bush was based on good humor and genuine respect for the man. Alec Baldwin's is simply filled with disdain and hate

I loved Carveys Bush impression so funny, respectful, civil, and pointed. Take note comedians who do impressions. Dana's the best, I like the church lady too.

My job as a corporate pilot has been an amazing career. Career highlights include flying President Bush several times and Dana Carvey twice. Both were very down to earth and super friendly.

Carvey didn't ridicule him. The current guys aren't funny, they simply ridicule.

Back in the good ‘ole days when politicians had a sense of humor and a sense of humility. Two traits that are sadly lacking today.

When Presidents had class, and you could like them even if you didn't agree with their politics.
