Ben trained under grandmaster luke, the most powerful jedi of all time and he's already older than rots anakin when he turned to dark side, then as kylo he learned the dark side powers too. Even if his battle exp is low, his force power & abilities are gonna overwhelm prequel characters that aren't yoda/palp/mace/dooku/anakin etc

Ben Solo slams Prime Ahsoka. Redeemed Ben Solo is scaled to Prime Vader in the TROS junior novel and easily tanked Sidious's direct force drain. Ahsoka has no such statement that she is even Pre Prime Vader level in any way.

Also Ben mid diffs Plo Koon at worst. Plo Koon is featless in canon and has no statements either. Ben technically scales above ROTS Yoda and ANH/Rebels Ben Kenobi despite them both having more feats.
