This ion propelled vehicle works by well-known principals and has been independently verified to lift its power supply onboard, by the host of NPR, and many other qualified officials. It is the only one so far, that is able to lift its supply onboard. Please see US Patents 10,119,527 and 11,161,631.

Hi ethan,
I was able to redesign my ion lifter again and using a zvs driver multiplier i was able to achieve vertical thrust with about 90% vertical stability. I don't know why my royer circuit with irfp260n mosfets fail. But i use them on my zvs no problem. Im on vacation next week so i will put more time into the stability and let you know.

Ethan, have you experimented with AC applied to the collectors? Might help drive off the remaining space charge around the collectors between thrusts. Maybe a second stage with another collector below the main array that goes positive to flush the negative ions away from the collectors? P2 system mentioned in William Lyne's Occult Ether Physics book.

Amazing work! I have a few question about optimizing some of the contributing forces. I'm looking for research papers on the dielectrophoresis of air and what the limits of that force is before you reach dielectric breakdown voltage. Do you think it is worth while to optimize the magnitude of the force of dielectrophoresis of neutral air molecules and the non-linearity of the inhomogeneous electric field? Or is the magnitude of the dielectrophoretic force so low that the majority of energy is from ion drift and entrained neutrals? I wonder if ionization is actually more or less efficient than this electrophoretic force and how they scale, given that it takes considerable energy to ionize air. Maybe they synergize with some optimum balance where ions enhance the electric field and thus the dielectrophoretic force on neutrals.

Ethan, do you know what the story is with those stun guns that say in the advertised description for example, 180 BILLION volts? Is it false advertising or ?
Also, can stun guns with those voltages and/or part(s) from them be used in place of a high voltage power supply?

The problem i see, when this idea someday should use an Human Pilot in the center. What the Ion field do on his body? Like the Radar Operators in the early day of Radar. Also do not this Design reminds you way back of the "Nazis-Ufos"? They need many porcelain or not?
