Any quota is and will be perceived as unfair, you can not really change how people feel about it. Unfairness creates perfect environment for resentment, And wise quota advocates will be very surprised why quotas did not create nice loving environment. Ask woman who achieved some position without quotas, how do they feel about it. I bet they perceive quotas as unfair too.

The argument that "women will not be treated with equity if quota required females on board" pretty much admits sexism. I'm creating legislation to require 50% quota.
