The only good news here is that David Greene will be making his own Real estate podcast show!

Appreciate the different hosts but agree with many the show has not been the same since Brandon left and this isn’t a knock on our previous hosts but it does make a difference with who is on the mic. But I also agree a farewell from Dave and Rob should been provided for the transition. Congrats Dave and look forward to the updates to the show

Elephant in the room needs to be addressed eventually.

Change is always tough. I wish the best of luck for both Daves and Rob. I do prefer earlier episodes and have created my own playlists of the first hundred, second hundred, etc.

I hope we get back to that style, goofy yes, but also all about real estate 🏡

I didn’t listen to the whole podcast. Multi year listener here, I dropped off due to hearing that you guys dropped Rob and David and didn’t let them tell us on the podcast themselves. I’ll go follow them instead.

A bad decision. Dave Myers comes across as a “matter of fact” kind of guy and condescending. David Green gave the same vibe. The right answer here would have been Henry Washington. BP has gone downhill, their forums and everything is heavy with “partners/advertisers”. You pay $400 a year and they can’t even create an App or have decent calculators. This is my last year as a BP pro

I'd like to see fix and flip tours and real investor numbers more often.

Terrible. I can't stand this guy's voice. I'll definitely unsubscribe and then subscribe to David Green podcast

Really knew something was up when Dave Myer was hosting the posdcast. Its a shame David Greene left BP. This will not end well for BP and their podcast. Myer is extremely boring to listen and its annoying how he says Triplex.

I will forever associate this guy with trying to sell me something

I knew something was up a year ago when Brandon left. That this was the beginning of the end. BP you screwed up getting rid of David and Rob. This is really going to cost you in the long run, because of how many people were faithfully tuning into their program. You better not touch the rookie realestate investor podcast or im out.

👎Honestly this change really upsets me. Hosts leave and we grow to love the new personalities but David and Rob were basically fired without notice.
Yes the podcast was going downhill BUT it had nothing to do with their knowledge or personalities. The podcast had strayed from the real property owners interviews and switched to way to many useless weekly filler podcasts. Go back to the success stories of the real investors like the way it once was and reconsider your firing...

Dave Meyers is boring. Can’t be the guy. Might be a wonderful person I’m sure but he’s not entertaining and hard to watch for more then 10 mins at a time

Honest feedback here for the future of the Bigger Pockets team. Been a listening for many years. Here is the truth from my perspective; Brandon Turner is what is missing. No disrespect to the other hosts for their time and efforts they put into BP. Brandon was not only relatable but he had excellent teaching skills, his speech pattern and communication skills were on point and he had charisma that kept people engaged - this is something the other hosts lack. Again, no disrespect, but when David or the others were elaborating on something I would find myself bored and disengaged after 5 minutes from their commentary. Not everyone can make a Podcast successful just based on experience or knowledge. It takes other skills as well. Take this feedback for consideration going forward or not, that is up to you. But that’s my honest take.

Whenever private equity buys something, everyone should flee in the other direction and watch it implode. We are seeing it everywhere.

Bring back Brandon Turner and Josh!!! They were the best!!! It was never about them blowing their own horn!!! David Green had an agenda and it was always all about him and what he was doing. He never valued the guest and what they were bringing to the table. He was always too busy talking about himself, when the gold was how other people broke into the world of real estate. Each guest was someone who we could have possibly related to and would have helped us with our journey. Great move Bigger Pockets!!!
