it sounds so familiar because its just following the circle of fifths (from music theory). the first note goes up an interval of a perfect fourth and then down a perfect fifth and then up a perfect fourth and then down a perfect fifth again. and so these different songs cant be accused of copying because it's at the composition level of a sixth grader so it shows up in a lot of music !
