Multi Grafted Avocado Tree Fruit Drop is Over | Mexicola Grande Fruit is First to Ripen

During May and June, My Big Black seedling Avocado Dropped 90 percent of its fruit while Mexicola Grande lost very few.
Now Mexicola Grande is Ripening early.

Always love to see the multi-grafted tree Jeff, fortunately we don't have HOA's in the UK, although few people have front gardens here as parking is so difficult so they tend to have a parking space in front of their house if there is enough space.
If only we were slightly drier and milder in winter we'd be able to replicate what you manage to do 😅
