A cool detail between the games is pretty much in the basis of their screams. Left 4 dead 2's screams are WAY shorter than Left 4 dead's. Why? Mercy Hospital. When you fall off mercy hospital you got some distance so the drawn out scream is perfect. Most heights in Left 4 dead 2 are so small you only get one scream off although if you use a mod or some other such, they actually scream more than once if the fall is big enough.
