This will work only on integrated GPU's. It will not work on dedicated GPU's. It's basically creates a virtual vram for integrated cards by taking ip space from your DDR ram. It's basically doing the same thing that we used to do with DDR Ram on old computers that allowed for Ram expansion by taking space from your hard drive and using it as Ram, but the performance of that virtual Ram was inferior in comparison with the real Ram memory card. So, in other words, if you have an Intel or AMD CPU with integrated GPU, you can do this trick, and you will have more VRam but at much lower performance. If you have a dedicated Nvidia or Radeon graphics card, then you can not expand the VRam. There is a Brasilian genius that expanded the VRam of an Nvidia card by upgrading the memory chip from 8 GB to 16GB but that requires for you to know what you're doing and it can't be done by someone that watched just 2 or 3 videos on YouTube

This doesn't increase your system memory. This just allows the system to send chunks of data up to 4GB in size to the gpu where it is usually about 256-512MB at a time. What you did was manually turn on 4G decoding. If you have the $G Decoder option on all you have to do is click that and it's the same thing.

You cannot increase dedicated memory. Thats impossible. The vram is what it physically is. That can't be changed with code and magically increase the vram. You can only change how much system ram is shared with the gpu.

If u did not found the UEFI Menu or ur Bios is legacy just follow these steps

1-start your pc
2-while starting keep pressing on your bios key and it depends on your motherboard
3-if this did not worked keep taping on it repeatadly

Also you might be able to get to the BIOS if you open a command prompt as an administrator and run *shutdown /r /fw* . Don't run this if you have documents to save and such. You only get a minute or 30 seconds before Windows will reboot the computer even if you click off the message that says it will. If you have browser tabs open it might reopen them for you on the next Windows startup. The BIOS will be just as if you pressed the key at the right time except you don't have to do that if this command works. This is not a dangerous or destructive command but there may be very very rare instances in which things go wrong.

Note⚠️:before you doing this method⚠️customize your virtual ram first.if you do this method without checking or customizing your virtual ram your pc will get destroyed causing windows boot loading screen froze make sure you guys custom your virtual ram before you do this method but decreasing it it can be useful if your ram is not fully usable like mine it was 4gb ram and 3.7gb usable and my video ram is 256mb i decided to change to 512 and my ram becomes 3.5 gb usable and i change it to 64 video ram my ram is fully usable 4gb installed ram.
My spec:
Nvidia geforce 9400 gt
4gb ram
Intel dou e7400 tm.
I was run a project zomboid and my fps is 40-63.
No graphics card!
(note:this method does not require uefi bios)

It says I have total available graphic memory of 24550MB and dedicated video ram is already 8192MB. That is quite a lot, its like a third of the whole graphic memory, can I tho increase it without a risk of disturbing other things on my pc? Cuz currently a game I like to play takes a lot of vram and each time I try to play it on high texture quality it resets to medium or low texture quality saying the "video driver hung and was restarted".

If you guys are so desperate on increasing your VRAM don't even think about trying what was shown in the video, just buy another better laptop or graphics card for your pc.
