I'm a Filipino and a huge fan of Manny Pacquiao, but if I were to choose what style of boxing and training I want, I'd choose Floyd's. Pacquiao was a beast and one of the all time greats, but you can't imitate his style unless you're as athletic and strong as him. Mayweather's style and training is technical boxing and if you box you'd understand what I'm saying. There's a reason why Floyd's undefeated.

Floyd defensive fighter and only opens up when opponent is not able to counter. Pacquiao will trade with you so its easier to land on Pacquiao but you have to worry about Pacquiao power. Marquez keeping it real one of my favorite Mexican fighters of all time.

Take note that Marquez is a counter puncher and has really good combinations. That said, it is not surprising for him to say that he find Mayweather more difficult to go against.

Mayweather never stays on the pocket long enough like Pacquiao, so Marquez cant even empose the one thing he is better at vs Floyd.
