Brexit: Poll Suggests 55% of the Public Want to Rejoin the EU

The UK officially left the EU on January 31 2020, after over three years of political wrangling that followed the 2016 Brexit referendum.

This week polling from YouGov suggested 55% of the public backed rejoining the EU.

Polls aren’t really critical. Let’s face it, the same polls predicted a victory for Remain before the referendum took place. The only thing that matters is the referendum itself and Oder course that went the other way. No conflict here whatsoever.

I have never ever been asked to take part in a poll.Time we got over this and that the Government gave the people who voted to leave a proper exit. The EU is dying on it's feet, why would we want to be part of that?

Did we ever leave the EU, we are still tied to the EU in lots of ways. If politicians and civil servants had carried out the wishes of the majority maybe we would have the benefit of Brexit a lot more or even less, at least we could have said we had tried we can’t say that now. As i recall the polls had stay far higher then leave and we still voted to leave.

Plus: you may want to take a look at the state of Germany right now if you think rejoining is a good idea. Our problems are down to corruption and mismanagement. Nothing else.
