Fix 'Java Not Recognized as an Internal or External Command, Operable Program or Batch' Error

Have you run into the 'Java not recognized' error? Is your computer telling you that Java is not an internal or external command? If that's the problem you've got, don't worry, there's an easy fix. great stuff, but what if I do have JDK installed and still get this?
I havent installed it manually, but rather through IntelliJ. I have run many projects already in intelliJ, but not through terminal, cause I get this error.

I don't want to be that guy, but I'm not dumb I have the damn java installed. i've been installing java versions for the last hour or so and I still get the same issue. So saying "just download it it's that simple" is just a rage bait at this point.
i'd think if someone is using windows cmd command to begin with they probably know they need the damn java
