Java notifies me when my JRE (no SDK) needs an "automatic" update, but upon attempting to do such an update, it informs me that "applications that use Java" are running, so it cannot install the update. This is true EVEN AFTER SHUTDOWN AND COLD RESTART. I had to use the Java Uninstall tool to remove the previous version (801) completely, then install the new version (811) from scratch.

As of 04/18/2024, the update tool is NOT "AUTOMATIC" AT ALL.

actually I successfuly installed the "jdk", but when I went to the command prompet to make sure it's installed, it didn't work. I searched for a solution but every one kept doing the same "variable environment" way every video used it to solve the problem, for me it's not solved. I tried to uninstall the JDK and reinstalling it but it also didn't work, I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling it in the "c" drive directly not in the "programs files" folder, it also didn't work. Can anyone help please.
