Judge Juan Merchan indeed issued a gag order on Trump, but it does not bar him from testifying in his own defense if he were to so choose.

The former president is on trial in Manhattan on 34 criminal counts of falsifying business records to conceal hush money payments to cover up extramarital affairs. He has pleaded not guilty to all counts."

This is incredible.... i'm not a lawyer but i read the gag order and it seemed pretty clear to me. Marchan used laymen language i was even surprised he allowed him to attack the Judge and the Prosecutor... and his last ruling was extremely explicit, ruing he was sorry he couldn't fine him more for the violations and jail was the next remedy.... add that to rump's reported use of Adderall and, well, point being, fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go thru life, son!" 😆🤣
