Love the pack out trolley only thing I’ve noticed after year of wear and tare. The bottom plastic starts wear down like a shoe so not sure how many years you’d get out of trolley.

I use Systainter for my wood working tooks. Packout drawes for my mechanic tools. Beats standard mechanic tool boxes for me. Light weight. Smaller foot print. does not rust. VERY mobile. customizable. Just wish they had one with 4 drawers and one with one giant drawer.

Heres all you need to know regardless of which packout you get in less than 3 years they will have a better one that has the layout you really wanted. So yes it's money pit. 2 years ago, Drawers are awesome, guess what now they have even better layout drawers.
