Why does the second stack face the same direction? They wouldn't be able to get the part out of the mold.

I personally think this box should have had two separate lids (one for each packout system). That way you could remove one set of packout boxes and still open half the box rather than remove every single box just to get to the bottom.

The reason both stacks face the same direction is so that the cleats can hold all the weight when rolling and not put stress on the single plastic locking lever on each box

I just love how straight forward all your videos are. No B.S. just real life situations and solutions.

I was super impressed with the door kicking skill.😂 ive always modded my large totes so I can attach things like framing squares and levels to the inside of the lid. The easiest way Ive found is to drill small holes in the strenghtening cross ribs and attach those little black mini bungees at various locations so you can easily slide the levels and squares underneath the bungees. Works great for me..

Maybe the cleats both latch from the front to prevent heavier boxes from sliding out if you lift the handle higher when transporting it.

I was looking at it in the store today. For 200 bones it just didn't feel right with all the other larger options right next to it. . I attached a few boxes in the store to the top of it and then I realized. Who would want to lift this. Maybe someone, Not me! Found myself buying the Dewalt box right next to it on sale for 75 bones for 64 gallon storage capacity. I'm all for Milwaukee innovation, this just didn't scratch the itch. I am still waiting for the rolling single or double bottom drawer packout system. Happy shopping coolgang.

I'm absolutely happy I bought this. It's been a week or so and it saves so much time. I have big birtha in the bed of truck and other boxes in the rear cab seat. Click whatever necessary into birtha and pull up in style.

I have the Packout system for my work truck and for around the house and such I have the Ridgid set. In my opinion you can't go wrong with either. Love them both! But I do feel like the packout is a little more solid in terms of ruggedness.

I assume someone may have already answered your question about the be direction of the boxes but if not, I am pretty sure they did this so you don't have to go back and pick up the boxes you put on the wheel side because they would fall off if the open side is down and when running over any bumps, I believe they would go bye bye!

I actually just bought my first packout and I got the new large single box along with the mid size and a milwaukee crate. Fits all my tools with ease. Its a good investment imo depending on the field you're in

Take a breath Vince... The cleats on the lid of the new PO roller should have been facing opposite directions so boxes on the front and rear can be accessed.

That's a sheetrock sheet lifter/adjuster while you are installing. The other thing was a corner bead installation tool.

12:05. The reason they didn't make it so the other side doesn't come off the other direction is because they didn't want however much weight you have there being supported by just a clip. They wanted the cleats to be holding all the weight, and the clip just to secure the load against slipping out.

You know after watching the whole video at the end you mentioned something that I said to myself why did Milwaukee not rotate the way we stash one side of the box so that the lock is more accessible and after thinking about it the only reason I think it's made like that is because when you're rolling out The Big Box everything will be tilted towards the bottom if the first set of boxes was facing the opposite direction and for some reason you did not make sure it was fully locked the minute you pick it up or maybe while you're going up the stairs yes what everything will be flying down from that big box I think it's pretty obvious the way they made the box so they're both locks are facing upwards when you're rolling the big box with other packouts on top of it

No one else could make getting into a job sound so epic. Lord of the Rings meets construction. "One does not simply...

I love my packout system but if you already have a large rolling box like your Husky, why not just mount two packout mounting plates to the lid. The box is bigger and you can mount the plates facing whichever direction you want
