Thank you! I got a leg scan and was told my knee problem was swollen painful lymph glands, possibly from RA. I am not certain what you do with auto immune joint and tissue destruction. Does this apply to all conditions? I was told I might of had a nodule, clot, tumor or infectous cyst. I guess as painful as it is a swollen painful lymph is not as bad as a bakers cyst. My hands, wrists are making it hard to work on my computer.

this is a great video!I was coming into your channel to see if i was doing some exercises for my knees that wasn't benefiting me and i saw this. this is a new routine i am adding to my pool stretches now. I think the one i was doing where i am standing and pulling my lower leg back and up and it was pulling on my knee. I'm not sure this is what casued the extra pain but it's a good bet. Gonna check out your channel now for other things about what not to do for knee exercises and low back pain exercises. i am so close to signing up for your program!

The exercise that you showed were you walk and make sure your toes are flat as you walk ...has helped me immensely... I have had no pain... as I walk.. Is this a good exercise that will take the pain away completely in time???

Hello Dr David. My name is Lina. I'm from Malaysia, I'm 43 years old. I have done my 3rd gel injection. I got Bilateral Knee Osteoarthritis. My feet became bowleg (). Doc suggested for me on TKR but i'm refused to do so. Can U suggest to me, what is the right & proper exercise leg for me? I saw ur short video said, not to straighten leg like the physiotherapist tought me. Yes, i'm noticed that, its getting worst for me. Please advise.. Thanks in adv.

Having a hard time doing these, especially heel lifts without firing up my quads. Suggestions or is it ok?

Effusion moderate 3.8×3.6
Quadriceps =abnormal. Enthesophite/spur
Medial collateral ligament =abnormal. Thickened
Osteophytes =lateral
Medial meniscus =abnormal tear.
Lateral meniscus =abnormal. Extruded
Popliteal fossa=typical baker's cyst 3.6

Left knee =typical baker's cyst 5.4cm

Can you do this if you also have a suspected meniscus tear? Acute pain while running during softball game. Doc said probable tear to R medial meniscus and hamstring injury to L knee. X-ray supposedly no abnormalities. Prior to x-ray told me I probably have arthritis and am too old for meniscus surgery. A few days after RICE and Meloxicam, tightness behind L knee is mostly resolved but feel same pain in medial meniscus area. In both knees. No problems running prior to this but knees felt tight when kneeling.
