Starving, isolating, and mishandling the people but Kim got the funds, energy, AND TIME to play with his closest neighbor. My heart achs for all NK who wake everyday knowing there safety is in the hands of a man who's VERY okay with openly disrespecting other countries, been very okay with it's people suffering being left intellectually, and financially behind and whos been VERY okay with being the richest and safest man in that country. As a american I could make jokes/ comparisons to very similar politicians we've had but nothing compares to a true dictarship💔 where you have no rights vs your gov *( RULER because that's what a dictatorship comes with)*, really nothing funny about tons of millions potentially dieing *DUE TO THE PETTY MIND OF ONE.*

Even though South sent the balloons first what South was sending is widely different then the north Korean government's retaliation. South Korean protesters were sending medicine and content from the outside world over the boarder for the people of north Korea I assume.
