North Korea sends hundreds of balloons south filled with trash and excrement | The World

Japan's Prime Minister has condemned North Korea for launching what appeared to be a series of short-range ballistic missiles. South Korea's military says they were fired from an area near Pyongyang, before plunging into the sea.
