Feel like a bit of a jackass. Took your video classes like a year ago, then about 6 months ago really got into the work, set up my daily routine, did the grind, focused on self. Got an energy healing mentor, and literally worked it. I can remember the day that I wrote in my book, (because even when you focus on yourself, you still feel them) to let them go, once again. Then they contact me. After that I just went back to being absolutely off the hook mad pants. Slowly getting back to what I was on, but tbh I'm kind of just dreading them coming back. I know it's not their fault but I completely detached from all my work. Thanks for the reminder.

This twin flame nightmare is a total catch-22 situation. There is a person that is constantly on your mind and you have no control no matter what you do or tell yourself, you cannot stop thinking about them. They are there....constantly, never ending living in your head and heart. But all the experts say that if you think about them you are pushing them away. I've watched the videos on how to stop thinking about them, how to disengage, none of it works and It makes absolutely no sense.

My discovery is that just as with life, balance is necessary. I've leaned into an 80/20 mentality. Basically setting my mental, spiritual, and emotional needs first. I do this not only with intent but because despite the pain I crave the soul expansion like a drug. I feel the necessary components to being the highest, most beautifully aligned human. I remember when I first started thinking about them, I woke up and it was like something whispered their name into my ear.... It was so clear and blunt, it freaked me out. I’m still trying to decide if the man I’m obsessively thinking about is my TF or not. I worked with him for two years before developing intense feelings for him and he pursued me. Now it’s definitely a situation where I’m the chaser (quietly, I hide it well). He can see right through me. He knows what I’m thinking and feeling at all times and I have a similar awareness of him. He was very much into the idea of us being intimate but due to logical reasons we couldn’t let that happen. It seems that he’s moved to a place where he’s happy as good friends who joke and make innuendos from time to time whereas I’m disheartened to my core.
