I often try to understand this "obsession." What I've realized is that it stems from you feeling their essence 24/7. This is almost the same as standing next to someone else 24.7. Of course you can't help but think about them. Except, I often feel him, his essence, and just love which fuels the mind to want to have more of that. I don't ever obsess over him in the typical sense by wondering what he's doing, etc. I don't even look at his social media. Yet, he's always on my mind or beneath the surface of my mind because the pull of his essence inside of me cannot be unfelt, no matter how many years go by.

Although this "obsession" is real, often confusing and very uncomfortable, at times these thoughts can help us reach out to our divine counter part. We can feel when something is wrong. I have had this happen and when I reached out, he was very unwell and had been hospitalised but he didnt have the ability to tell me directly. I just felt it, it consumed nearly all of me but I felt such an worry in my soul. I kinda knew he needed assistance, wether that was a 3d or 5d situation. Sometimes I know when he needs me through these thoughts and vice versa. It is getting easier and has taken a lot of trust on our parts. It can come across as very obsessive and emotions arise from nowhere. These feelings are trying to tell us something. At first it scared me, I thought I was going insane but after trusting my intuition, it actually almost saved his life. Thank you for another informative podcast. It is but a phase. 12 months ago I went through that obsessive stage. Now I hardly think of her at all... though she will come through to me at times with a tingling warmth in my gut and she initiates pleasant thoughts.. At the time though OMG it was intense I thought I was losing my mind..I'm very much happy in my eternal singledom so it was a very surreal and unusual experience for me. For those going through it now just know it does subside in time...
