The government IS watching you right now and there are court cases to prove it. How? Police are using real-time surveillance centers to watch people 24/7. Scary, right?

They had no warrant, they just saw he had a bulge in his pants through a street camera. They had no evidence he was even committing a crime, they just decided to arrest him. Now, he knows the cops are spying on him constantly. Imagine what that does to your mental state?

And because it's the state who committed these crimes against the citizen, and there's no remedy for the state to attack the state, he's just s*** out of luck. The best that he can hope for is to have the money to hire a lawyer to pursue it. Chances are, a lawyer. Would take it on contingency and end up with 40% of the spoils. But why should it be like this at all?

We can all see that this is clearly wrong and he was harmed by the state. I failed to understand why a jury simply cannot award damages against a corrupt state like this.

He got a 10K settlement, which he probably will never receive as Louisiana does not pay settlements due to a quirk in state law.

Simple, make it illegal to arrest someone without him committing a crime. Make planning of crimes legal and the actual implementation of said plan illegal.

No.1 you never use third party camera operators, or make sure your codes are absolutely uncrackable, the protocols for ring cameras and such is not very well secured.

Louisiana just changed the open carry law. If you were legal to own a gun, you could legally open carry. The new law changed that. If you can legally own a gun you can now legally carry concealed. No license, no fees.
