I had a friend years ago who worked for the NSA.  The things he told me were quite disturbing.  He got out because, (and he claims he came up with saying) "he didn't sign up for this".  It was affecting his own moral integrity.

Storage has become so incredibly cheap, I guarantee they're keeping their records longer than the video says. I'd wager they're planning on keeping it all, essentially forever. It will be great training data for some yet to be invented tool.
