Bosch 800 dishwasher bottom rack not cleaning, swingarm not spinning

Bosch 800 series dishwasher

Bottom rack swingarm is outputting water, but is not spinning. The top rack swingarm works fine.

I've used vinegar to descale as well as "dishwasher magic" to clean. I've cleaned the filters and checked the drainage tube as well.

Anybody know other possible solutions? Please help!

Take the spray arm off and check for blockage. It also appears there is not enough water pressure, the water spray should reach to the bottom of the upper rack not just a couple of inches, maybe you have a bad water pump or its blocked.
