The company has a small and declining user base, no reputable company wants to advertise on it, they took open source software to run the platform so they don't have any technology of their own and they are bleeding money. When the stock price comes in line with the fundamentals, which with every company it does at some point, will be worthless.

The convictions of insider trading last week isn't very encouraging for the savvy discriminate investor either. The if you factor in possible liabilities for investors not unlike like FOX stockholders experienced when Fox did knowingly providing false and misleading information, deformations and slanderous allegations resulting in multiple lawsuits and discreditation. All social media/content providers or any business must avoid criminal and civil liabilities.
I heard the fine print for Truth Social stock {disclaimer, I have not personally read it}, reported by a reliable source, it indicates that all legal claims against the company must be adjudicated in an Argentian Court, if that is true, if that is factual, that alone is a big red flag. In my opinion.
