I’m gonna guess that the easiest way to make the jig is to find a piece of pipe or tubing with an OD that matches the ID of the ring you want to make.

I found an egg when I broke it open it had a metal bar bent in a circle... I made a jig.
Now I want a smaller circle...
Then a bigger circle....
