If you have access to this dual cable machine you 100% should be doing crossbody cable lateral raises. Ive never felt anytbing like it and ill never go bsck to regular cable lateral raises.

Is there a point to pushing shoulders this hard? I thought lat delts are already pretty easy to stimulate with normal cable lat raises, without having to push them really hard
