I have always agreed with your videos but this one I do not:
When you press outwards from behind your back you place an insane amount of stress on ur dears and it leads to injury. Normally it’s reccomended to press 45 degrees forwards, so taking it below 0 degrees is rlly risky

i dont see many doing the y raise at my gym. i might be the handfull of people at that gym that do it.

1e one more rear + little side, 2e one more side + little rear keep the weight low no need to go heavy on these 2 and the egyptian lat. Raises are King of side delts Just saying
