Gotta give the actor here huge props, he really sold this scene and made it look extremely painful and gruesome to have the symbiote tear you apart from the inside..

It's an amazing scene how they made it look like it's gonna enter through your mouth like in the typical horror movie, just to show it doesn't has to do that at all
