Leatherman Arc Short term Review ~ Buyers Remorse?

Both platforms are great in their own ways. Personally, I'd EDC the Arc and throw the Surge in my bug out bag. Once I get my Arc, my Victorinox Swiss Tool will go into my hiking kit as a wilderness multitool

Nice update, you're on a roll and cranking out the videos 😊. I'm new to your channel and didn't realize you had such a large collection of multitools until I saw you're "House fire" video. You definitely have a nice collection! That hard case you have looks really nice, could you tell me the brand/model of that case? One thing I noticed is that on the Surge you show, the scissors have that little rubber/plastic grip and mine doesn't. My Surge just has the knurls but no rubber piece. I didn't realize there were different versions. I wonder which one came first? I got my Surge at Bass Pro Jan. 2023. The picture of the Surge at Bass Pro and Leatherman both show it without the rubber/plastic piece. In regards to the Arc, I will definitely pick one up when I see it for sale. The more I watch your videos the more I want one! Unrelated but have you seen the "GOAT Tools" multitool? I recently got one and it has a bunch of options. I love all of the different brands of tools, I think they all have pros and cons.

I'd like to see Leatherman make a new version of the wave+ and the king Surge with all outside available tools. No magnets. I couldn't care less about the magnicut blade. I beat the living shit out of my multitools and have no problem if quickly sharpening the current blades.

After huge reflection based on your vidéos (thanks) and my edc usage it's not for me, sadly .. why : no secondary blade wich is extremly usefull love serrated for box and emergency situation and the non grippy scale not the best in wet situation

The file should be removable like the surge so you can sharpen the blade

Just put a couple drops of nano oil on the pivot on your blade that will help
