I claim that we don’t actually need to do any work here. Since the integral from 1 to infinity of this converges by the p-series test and we know this to be continuous on this interval, the integral from 2 to infinity also converges since only the tail end matters for determining convergence or divergence of series.

1/x doesn't converge. Everything else converges.
