Do the full curly girl method- it's a pain but it'll give you your best shot at really nice natural texture. You can find tons of videos about it but the TLDR is swapping to no sulfate no silicone no alcohols, letting curl clumps form in the shower and not breaking them, no brushing, gel in damp hair to allow the curls to set before you scrunch, etc.

My hairs legit all over the place, I know my mums hair is straight and my dad's hair is curly but he keeps it short.. so my hair is somewhat thick and wavy but sometimes it feels thin.. 😅my hair changed sm throughout the yrs

When I was younger I never knew how to take care of my hair and I brushed my curls out. But now I just shape my hair into curls when its wet and it works just fine. I don’t brush my hair when it’s wet.

If I were you I would do a full wavy/curly routine. I would make sure after your wash your hair, your hair is soaking wet after the shower and follow a wavy/curly hair routine and it will show you full results. This spray is jsut to make your hair beachy looking

You will be able to bring your natural curl partern back

Yeah you definitely dont have naturally straight hair because it would not curl like that that easily. You should try the bowl method but theres other methods you can try that can help bring out your natural texture.

My parents both have straight hair.. but my dad’s mom has CURLS. My hair is mostly straight except for underneath lol… “Irish curls” they probably come from her genes. I have no idea what to do with mine tho

lol...I feel the same way. I am 65, and have had very straight hair. It would never even hold a little curl for anytime at all. Before I left the bathroom, my hair was straight again, so trying to curl it was a huge waste of time. Recently, I have been noticing a little wave in my hair, and I have also seen all these curly hair videos on YT. I tried some of the products and followed the instructions and BOOM!!!! I have wavy hair. Now what, lol?

Im a curly girl and if you soak your hair and scrunch it it will usually form ringlets if it is curly

I’m not trying to hate but u have wavy hair. I’m not being mean I promise, a really good way to see if your hair is wavy or curly is wet your hair like crazy and if it’s straight, then you have wavy hair and it looks good on you but I’m sorry it is wavy hair.. 😅
