Amazing lesson, I’m so happy I found your channel! 🎈🌷I haven’t played my piano properly for 15ish years, but I did acquire a qualification as a jazz singer in the meantime (as a hobby). Now I have the motivation to dust off the piano and learn how to accompany myself, though it will take a long time to get back on track and find those wonderful chords with my fingers in all tonalities...😄 Thank you Jonny! 🙏🏻💙

Nice video. Can you do the same thing for a slow jazz ballad using 1625, please! Could also add an easy intro or two?

Thanks Jonny.
A quick question. What kinds of speakers are you using for the piano?
Any recommendations for a good budget set for under $300?
Thank you.

Hello Johnny! Thank you for these great videos. I spent a lot of time with you and my piano :-) I am a singer and i practise accompanying myself a lot. But there is one big question mark in my life. After a chord progression like this, how can I fill the empty space with lovely piano fills between my singing phrases? It would be great to learn this in a video of yours but I could not find one. best regards from Dorothea

Helpful video, but why do you label C sharp as D flat in the A7 chord? It's annoying.

Why on earth, for god's sake, do you use Db enharmonic when writing out a simple A Major chord? For the love of all things holy, it's C#!!!!
