that egg in a stick is not actually a Balut egg but rather a grilled egg, they mixed the egg with flour, add some seasoning and pour it into the egg shell and then steamed it and then reheat by grilling it, you should try it next time, it was quite good, Balut egg is typically white and are always on the steamer

Those are not balut eggs. Those are regular eggs. They have taken the yoke out and added black peppers and fish sauce to the egg whites and then cooked. You should try those.
