Being long-time CSA subscribers, Diana and I know the value of locally grown produce to our health and the quality of our cooking; we rely on it. What Steve and Ingrid have done is to move the more distant and larger farmlands (still within a 100 mile radius) to one that is hyper-local to their community. The results are apparent in the smiles on the faces in the video. And we totally agree about the value of educating the younger generation about knowing where their food comes from and to recognize quality. Wonderful work, Steve and Ingrid !
