All our foods are poisoned(let’s grow our own food)

5 years ago we ate crap, processed boxed food and then we started a garden.

We now eat to the season. If we can’t grow it we try not to buy it. (Other then fruits)

We eat what we grow and grow what we eat.

We dedicate a small area of the garden to a new veggie that we haven’t tried before. If we like it we will grow it again and if we don’t we won’t waste the space the following year.

We don’t grow food to save money we grow food because we know what we have put in to get that food out. We don’t know how long that food in the store has been sitting around for.

We know that what we grow can taste sooooo much better then what you buy in the supermarket.

Did you know that your food is literally only alive for 10 minutes after it has been harvested?

What is something new this year that you are going to try and grow? We are going to try Salsify….no idea what it is, what it tastes like or even how to cook it 🤷‍♀️

I'm on board with like 90% of this, but you lose me when you say, "anything you can't pronounce, can't be good for you". 😂

I would be pretty concerned if my laundry detergent wasn't poison

Like, it's literally soap, supposed to kill bacteria and stuff
