This crispy Vegan Sesame Chicken is ready in less than 30 minutes and one that everyone will love!

Ingredients:
* Sesame Sauce
* ¼ cup soy sauce, low sodium, (60ml)
* 3 tbsp agave syrup
* 3 tbsp ketchup
* 3 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* ½ tbsp sesame oil
* ½ tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water
* 1 tsp ginger, grated
* 1 tsp garlic, minced
Vegan Chicken
* ¾ cup all-purpose flour, (90g)
* ¼ cup cornstarch, (30g)
* ¼ tsp salt
* ⅛ tsp pepper
* ¾ cup seltzer water, (180ml)
* 10 oz frozen vegan chicken strips, or super firm tofu cubes, (283g)
Steps:
1️⃣ Heat 1-2 inches of oil in a small pot to about 350°F (180°C). It should sizzle when you sprinkle some batter droplets into it.

2️⃣ Whisk the sesame sauce ingredients together. Set this aside for now

3️⃣ Mix the batter ingredients together. Break the vegan chicken strips up into bite-sized pieces.

4️⃣ Cook them in batches by dipping 5-10 pieces in the batter, shake the excess off, and then carefully place them in the oil. Let them cook for a minute on each side. They will be a very light golden color.

5️⃣ Remove the pieces with a skimmer or metal slotted spoon and place them on the cooling rack.

6️⃣ Heat the sauce in a small pan on medium-low for 3-4 mins or until it has thickened. Toss the pieces into the sauce and enjoy!
