'You aren't an authority': Om Birla raps Rahul Gandhi for 'bypassing' him in Lok Sabha

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla pulled up Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday while he was speaking on motion of thanks to the president's address. This after Rahul praised BJP Dalit MP from U.P Kamlesh Paswan and said that he was in the wrong party. When Kamlesh interrupted Rahul and tried to rebut his claim while he was speaking, the Speaker him to not interrupt the Congress MP and that he would be allotted time to speak later. However Rahul Gandhi stepped in, asking Kamlesh Paswan to speak in the middle of his speech, drawing a rebuke from the Speaker. Watch what happened in this video.
