FM22 - Steal Youth Intake Players from other teams

Go to World - Transfers - Youth Intake and approach to sign, has to be done before the player accepts a contract from his current team. The contract may not always be accepted, depends on your reputation. Sometimes the player will want to stay at his current club, regardless of reputation.
