Sony owes a huge debt to you! It was in 2016, 2017 and 2018, when I extensively started watching all your Sony camera videos and decided to buy a Sony a6500 for myself!

I currently have the Sony A7RV but I started out with the Sony a6000 as my first camera and I still love that camera to this day, it holds a special place in my heart. 😎

I love that Arthur always perfectly channels my obsession with Sony into YouTube video content.

Great video. I’m a member of the Sony Alpha subreddit and boy is there a lot of snobbery on there. The now 10-year-old A6000 is still an incredibly capable camera here in 2024.

Hi there. Audio engineer here. I wanted to make a suggestion, your mic quality is amazing, but the amount of mouth and spit noise coming through is a little bit unbearing. Id suggest getting an izotope mouth declick plugin that gets rid of this. You can use this plugin with pro tools or whatever DAW you are using. Will make a collosal difference as mouth clicks and pops are quite unbearable to hear for most people.

I own the A6400 & the A6600. The bigger battery makes a dramatic difference when it comes to a whole day shooting. The quality of the pictures taken with these cameras is outstanding. And the autofocus is 99% reliable. The A6600 is a masterpiece and the A6700 heating problems made me return it, because it's crazy good în specs for video, but it fails at it big time! So the A6600 still rules and records video forever with no issues! Respect to the FX30 which is a beast. The funny thing about the 24 mp sensor is : the Sony A5100 that I still own, performs quite similar to this line-up in photo section. From my point of view, ZV-E10 is just a toy-video-cam. Once you touch a Sony A7III full-frame, you simply can't buy cheap plastic zv-e10, no matter the highly praised specs. And one more thing, all these cameras are less, if you forget to pair them with a proper cage! Accesories like side-handels, hot-shoes and so on are indispensable these dans! Great review! Respect!

Haven't even watched the vid yet but came to say that Arthur is the Sony APSC content creator of my dreams. I've owned a Sony A6300 for the past 6 years (still have it), 4 of those years involving professional work. I recently upgraded to the A6700 and it's definitely a night and day difference. My hands are so used to not having IBIS that having it in the A6700 is filming on easy mode hahahah

This video is incredibly helpful in helping me understand the APS-C lineup. I started with a A6000 and over the years have upgraded a couple of times and I'm currently at A6600 and very happy with it. Keep up the great work.

It gets confusing, great video for those looking for an APS-C

Still digging my A6400. I've been rocking an E-Mount since the beginning with the NEX-3, had the F3 and NEX-6. The A6000 was an incredible step up and finally landed on my A6400.

I've considered the A6600 a few times for the IBIS but just have not as the A6400 still is great for this weekend Dad shooter

Recently got an A6100 per a lot of your videos the last 2 years. Settled for it over the a6400 because I got a price I couldn’t beat! Use it for hobby and family, and I’m SO happy! Appreciate your thorough videos and “real talk” around how you don’t always need the fancy new stuff, but each has strengths and weaknesses! 💪🏼

THIS is the video I didn't know I needed. So many options to choose from in Sonyland. The FX30 is by far the best value out of all of these. And it actually shoots great stills (albeit only one at a time since no burst shooting allowed). If video is your jam better than 60% of the time, the FX30 wins every time - especially when it goes on sale for $200 off!

Started off with a6400. Massive hybrid beast! Then I upgraded to a6700 but I quickly sold it it after 2 months due to the overheating problems. Currently using fx30 and 2 units of a6400 for my production 😊

These videos of yours are the best. Helped me a lot when I first got myself into e-mount and regularly came back to them when I needed some cleanup on the product line. Same goes this time. In just 30 minutes you summarize the entire product lineup which is a feat considering how many cameras Sony has nowadays.
