Hi everyone and welcome to today's video on DHT blocking Natural vs Finasteride. In this video, we look at how much DHT does natural DHT blockers block. Both methods of Dht blockers work but it depends on the individual and the sensitivity to DHT. Some people are highly sensitive to DHT and this makes it difficult for them to use natural DHT blockers. They will still reduce the amount of DHT but not to an amount that is low enough to have an impact on your hair. This is where the pharmaceuticals come into play as they are highly effective at blocking DHT up to 70% more than the natural methods.

To stop my hair fall, I started using a soft silk pillowcase to sleep on. I also applied liitleextraaa cocoonnion hair oil, shampoo. These changes helped me lose fewer hair. After a couple of months of using them every day, my hair stopped falling out completely.

The thing is if these natural dht blockers lower serum dht by 30%, which means it will be even less blockage on the scalp, maybe 15-20% ?

Hey Alex, I have 2 questions
1. What do u think about combining more natural DHT blockers, for example 320mg Saw Palmetto with 3000mg Pumpkinseed oil, 100mg Pygeum and 900mg Stinging Nettle Extract daily
2. Do you think it makes a difference in effectiveness if I split it in 2 doses throughout the day or should i take it all at once?

Hello there Alex. I just wonder if you have any suggestions on where i might get a hold of Dutasteride? Here in Sweden it's difficult to find. I have been on Finasteride for almost 4 months now and I still lose a lot of hair. I think I need to change up to Dutasteride. I would rather start to take that instead of waiting to long to find out that Finasteride doesn't work. I still have hair all over but it's diffused thinning on a lot of places. I hope I will be able to regrow without using minoxidil.
