I had the same problem, when you recet your phone DO NOT set up any backup, set it up as a new phone. I had to recet it twice and i tried that the second one and it worked. so fcn annoying but it worked.

I have the same situation: I can log in a different phone but not in my own phone. It's like the app is blocked in purpose only in my own cellphone!
