For everyone: Click forgot your password -> type in your email which is connected to your account-> continue -> than can’t confirm account -> select the email which is connected to your account -> youll get a code, type in that code -> select a new password -> finish

I figured it out.
1) type your account name
2) click forgot password
3) type your name and click forgot password again
4) it should send u a verification code to your email and then the rest YALL should know what to do

I fixed this problem for my son by deleting the app, signing out of his apple ID, and restarting his phone. Then we signed back in to his apple ID and redownloaded the app to sign in.

He cried of happiness after being locked out for a month with this error 😂

If u gu6d want to fix it when I’m the page where it shows login u will see a gear/setting on the top right and click it it should show u ur account and u should be able to login

so guys basically
this is iphone i m talking about
i tried everything possible and i was left with one solution, resetting my phone
and i did that, i did reset my phone
i got all my data back from icloud, so basically it looked that there was no reset( i actually did a couple of things before it was all all back but annyway) i did reset my phone bcs i thought that was the only solution, but it wasn t, bcs i've reset my phone but i got all my data back, and it s not about the data it s about the icloud, the only solution for this to work is to change your icloud, bcs even if you buy a new phone and you connect your icloud with it, it will not work
so yeah basically we need to change our icloud but idk if i m going to do it bcs i have a lot of accounts connected with that email and that icloud, i have all my photos and all my data on this icloud email
idk what to do or if it s any other solution
