Lucid Dreaming: The Sink Under Bed Technique

Welcome to this guided lucid dreaming meditation. This guide will help you through the SUB technique. Hope you'll enjoy this meditation 💚

►Sink Under Bed (SUB)
The SUB technique involves altering what you believe is actually happening around you.
It can be divided into four phases:
1. Attain a deep relaxation or sleep paralysis if possible.
2. Imagine something is actually under your bed.
3. Imagine yourself sinking into your bed and then under your bed.
4. Examine your environment.

This technique has advantages because you can obtain a WILD from any sleeping position. It may be better to imagine something else in your room for example your closet being a gateway to Narnia, or your ceiling having a door into outer space. Really any way to incorporate the dream world into the physical world will work. When you're abruptly woken up, you might often experience partial dreaming where you're still trying to do some of the things in your dream in waking life for a second. This is the gateway between the dream world and the waking world. This method is going into the dreamworld through that gateway.

►We advise you to use this for 30 days, there is no guarantee that this will help you into the zone the first time listening to it. Make sure you will not be disturbed while listening to this, so you can be fully immersed in this adventure.

The background music is tuned to the 528Hz frequency and infused with 8Hz theta brainwaves.

We recommend using headphones/earplugs for the best experience since the meditation is embedded with 8Hz theta binaural beats.

this was the fastest i’ve fallen asleep, i don’t remember the audio but i remember the dream completely and i wasn’t aware i was dreaming but i feel like i could control it? regardless this is a GOOD audio

Quality sound track, I have listened to hundreds of guided meditations for lucid dreaming and this one is one of the best.
Managed to achieve mind awake body asleep and then experience my bedroom through closed eyelids. Interesting thing is I could also see and feel my arms as well as hands out in front of me. My right hand was holding a note.
Before all this came into view I was experiencing vortices of light rotating clockwise in one full rotation, at the end of the rotation it would burst into a explosion of bright white light and then start again. Seeing this in my minds eye i feel helped me forget about my physical body.

The narration storyline did not work for me. When I'm sinking through my bed as you requested I felt like I could be suffocated by the mattress and box springs. And then planning on the floor I imagine that I haven't vacuumed under there for a month or two and it's too dirty to be there. And then you said to roll over and face the floor. Which is actually a door but the thing is if you're laying on an opening facing that way wouldn't it be a hatch and not a door.??? And then if you open this hatch you would fall into whatever is below the hatch. This is not a storyline for thinkers. Especially thinkers who dream about flying. Because I imagined if I did fall through that hatch it wouldn't be flying I would be falling. So anyway do you have any other narrated meditation videos that might work better for me?

😍😍😍 can’t wait to listen to this tonight before bed, I’ve only ever managed to lucid dream a few times as a child and I’ve been trying to do it again for months listening to different tracks, at the very least they give me an excellent sleep ❤️

I relaxed so quickly to this and for the first time it really felt like my body was falling asleep while my mind was still active. Somehow i started feeling some nausea then, but while reminding myself this is part of the progress i fell asleep right after it and had some amazing dreams that had my flying over the landscape. however still not lucid.
Gotta try again today!

I wasn't even tired when I put this on . I didn't get past far after closing my eyes for last time . Great stuff didn't lucid dream though but doing it again now .

I've been trying almost every night for about a month now and in that time I've managed to improve the quality of my sleep (something I'm grateful for). I've tried listening to a few tracks occasionally, however they either didn't work, or had a minimal effect.

The night before, I decided to try falling asleep using a guided meditation track (this one) for the 1st time, and I gotta say, compared to the plain binaural beats (that I tried at least), it was pretty effective. I managed to relax my body much faster than before, and while my mind still wandered a bit occasionally, it wasn't as distracting as on previous nights; random thoughts were mostly able to float on by instead of me studying each one (I've gotten a bit better with practice, but this seriously helped).

I tried it again last night (and was actually able to lay still for a few hours unlike the night before) and while I still wasn't able to fall asleep, I *was* able to relax and get some rest.
The next step from here is to practice actually falling asleep.

Had my 1st lucid dream last night.

I wasn't aware that I was lucid dreaming so I got a little freaked out when the voice confirmed it.

Very weird experience but good. 👍🏾

I love this voice, so relaxing. Its a shame as I really can't relax to Reece's voice. Shame as I've tried so hard to get past it, but can't :( I would love both guides to do all :)

The moment i got comfortable i heard the weirdest sounds from outside. Like a bang and then a cartoony sound of a bomb falling.
