Wuthering waves 4 star characters are almost or some even feel better than 5 stars visually, I don't know much about their kit or what their ultimate actually do since the game is in beta so I don't pay much attention to that but visually these ultimate and animations are crazy that they feel like 5 stars. If it wasn't for purple outline on their character card I could never tell they are 4 stars of 5 stars.
