That man doesn't have vocal cords, he has tectonic plates.

This man’s voice is deeper than the mines of Moria

This cover is incredible. I now have long hair, a full beard, and an urge to embark on a quest.

If Geoff's voice went any deeper he would awaken the Balrog.

"He has a voice like honey poured over thunder."
- GRR Martin, A Game Of Thrones

At long last that sentence makes perfect sense.

This was the last song I showed my brother before he passed and he made me sing to it. The hobbit and the Lord of the rings. Thank you for helping me put a smile on his face.

The dwarves singing this in Bilbo's Hobbit hole was one of my fav parts of the movie. Full of ancient mystery and longing.

You know how high notes causes glass to shatter? Glass puts itself back together when this guy hits those low notes.

I didn't know where Geoff found the other three men who look like him and also have a low voice.

There are many things I'd want Tolkien to have seen that came from his work, and this video is in the top ten.

As a deep bass, it makes me so happy to hear a leading bass. When I was growing up, my voice could hit these same notes, but every teacher I had forced me to sing an octave higher to match the others in the choir. Happened so much that I dont think I can even do it any more, but now I have to practice and try to do it again
It used to make me feel so unique cause I was a tiny little shit that could scare people by dropping the beat in the middle of a song

...do I admit how long it took me to realise this is, in fact, not four different guys...

I love the old songs like this. Coming from an Irish, Celtic and German family you don't her this type of music anymore and nobody has the voice like you do.

legend has it that his voice was heard throughout all of Gondor, Arnor, and Rohan; and all manner of creature bowed, wars came to a sudden halt, and even the Maia wept with emotion
