In Colorado they put a new law through thar landlords can go in your home 2:16 2:16 anytime to inspect. For no reason. It feels like a invasion of privacy. The manager came in here place was super clean and they go in my😅 brothers bedroom. There is no holes in the walls or anything. So it's intimidating. 2:0

Thanks for the informative video Jamel. I’m 18 and I have around $50, 000 that I want to consider playing around with in the real estate market. Everyone is saying it’s such a bad time and everything’s too high, but I feel like everyone says that no matter what. I’m from NJ, and willing to purchase anywhere really. There’s so much info out there I don’t really know where to start. At this age I’d probably have to have my dad get the loan because no bank would probably consider me. Also at this age I feel it’s hard to get in the game with no experience, any suggestions on where to start my journey? - what steps I should be taking first?
