#shorts US Shark Tank investor Robert Herjavec has applauded Elon Musk as a “genius” but thinks he should step down as Twitter CEO, claiming the entrepreneur can’t run three companies at that scale.

“I have a hard time running one company with 1,000 people – I don’t know how he is doing it,” he told Sky News host Sharri Markson.

He bought it, he can do what he wants with it.

It's called delegation of authority. You get good people to work for you, train them to follow the script on what needs to be done to run it correctly, go to lunch. If they fail to do the work, hire someone else, but it seems that he's done well on getting good people.

I believe that is what excellent management staff are for, allow them to handle the day to day business, just take care of all the very large issues/decisions.
