How to Fix Capcut Captions

i have an issue with mine to I do your thing from the tutorial but sometimes the text gets weird idk like some words just separate even though I did not want that is there a solution?

Did you manually do the captions with punctuation. Or did you auto caption with punctuation it?

What if the period or question mark appears on its own, after the word?

I don't understand how everyone has text and multiple red bars. I did auto cap and it just put a bunch of red lines above my video
