Easy Pan Seared Salmon with Lemon Pepper and Honey

Ingredients List

4 salmon fillets
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt (salt to preference)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1-2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1-2 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp honey
Freshly chopped coriander for garnishing
Extra lemon pepper for once cooked (optional)

Cook the salmon for 5-6 minutes turning hallway.

Always taste and adjust seasonings as my recipe acts only as a guide. Individual tastebuds are different and substitutions can be made throughout.) Terri

My favourite fish. I normally buy it whole and fillet it, slice it up and freeze. It works out so much cheaper and gives you plenty of meals for two people. (Daughter doesn't like salmon so more for us!)
